Due to the nature of this business, it's very difficult to implement an exact pricing structure as every property is different. We also understand that it can be frustrating to have to enquire to get an idea of the cost of something.
For this reason, below you will find a basic pricing structure that gives you an idea of what the charges may be, dependant on your property size.
We're a little different to most companies, in that we include our "management charge" into one "changeover" cost. This allows you, as a homeowner, to be able to budget easier and allows our invoicing to be easier to understand.
What's Included:
Includes one bathroom
Includes one bathroom and one WC
Includes up to two bathrooms and one WC
Includes up to three bathrooms and one WC
Includes up to four bathrooms and one WC
These properties tend to be very individual and can only be quoted once we have visited.
Let's give the whole place a good once over and put everything in place, applicable at the beginning of each season and for long stays (two weeks plus) without mid stay cleans.

This covers any and every task we need to undertake that falls outside of the normal changeover parameters. This will will check these actions with yourself first.
Your guests have been residing for over a week and would like a hotel style mid stay clean. The property will have a general clean and all linen and towels will be changed.
