What We do

Like the name suggests, we specialise in holiday cottage changeovers.  Based in Redruth, we cover the areas Portreath, Perranporth, Crantock, St Agnes, Gwithian, Hayle, Helston and everything in between. If you sit outside of this area, please still give us a call, we may be able to help!

We pride ourselves in being very thorough and particular in areas where other companies don't quite make the grade.  A thorough clean comes as standard (hoovering, dusting, polishing, mopping etc) but we also see to the extras touches to ensure your next guests are greeted with a beautifully cleaned, well dressed and welcoming property as their home from home.

We feel well made beds (with great linen), a clean fresh smell in the air and small touches like a welcome note, together with and a welcome pack, really do make a world of difference when entering a property designed to be a retreat from the daily grind. For this reason, all our prices include our "Eco Holiday Starter Pack" as standard.

We aim to be a one stop shop for holiday home owners and offer a wide range of services so you can rest assured your property is being well dealt with and managed.

We made the decision early on to own and launder all of our linen ourselves, this has many benefits for you as a homeowner. We have now built our own state of the art laundry and are able to offer a stand alone linen hire service for owners and housekeepers alike.
