Anna (our office manager) is the host for the St Agnes & Mid Cornwall area and covers the TR4, TR5, TR6, TR14, TR15 and TR16 postcodes. With a lifetime spent in Cornwall and eight years based in St Agnes and Mid Cornwall, Anna brings deep local understanding to every holiday home she co-hosts. Her background spans over a decade in holiday letting and care, from hands-on housekeeping to office management, experience that shapes her detail-driven, practical, and people-first approach to hosting.
What's it going to cost me?
Less than you think!
Our fee is simply 10%+VAT of the booking value. We do not charge any contract renewal or retainer fees. If we don’t get bookings, we don’t get paid.
Therefore it is in our interest to get your bookings for a good price. Our expert team retains a tried and tested pricing model, which is updated regularly to account for familiar demand fluctuations day-to-day in your area, analysis of our own system data and reports from smart pricing systems. Pricing is not a single event but an ongoing consideration. We monitor your listing’s statistics, for example number of prospect guests viewing your listing and the number of bookings secured.
