Yes. This is included in your changeover price. We own and manage all of our linen in-house, which allows us to maintain a consistently high standard across every property.
We use white 240TC cotton blend bed linen for a clean, crisp finish, along with:
Hand towel per guest
Bath towel per guest
Bathmat for each bathroom
2 tea towels in the kitchen
Oven cloth
All items are freshly laundered, carefully prepared, and presented to create a high-quality guest experience every time.

We’ll top up essentials like milk, make sure it smells lovely, and handle the less glamorous bits—like dead flies that didn’t get the memo.
When your property’s been empty for 14 days or more, it deserves a bit more love than a quick check-in.
We’ll replump cushions, dust the bits that quietly collect life, refresh beds, and bring everything back to looking properly guest-ready again.
